SYSTEM COMPARE UK
Privacy & cookies
This notice explains the UK edition’s current data flows and the choices available to you. Updated 15 October 2026.
Who is responsible
CLICSYNC LTD, Israel company 515343549, is responsible for personal information processed for System Compare UK. Write to 9 Tversky Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6721010, Israel, or support@clicxy.com with “System Compare UK privacy” in the subject.
Browsing and hosting
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Serving and protecting a website involves technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time of access. We use this for delivery, security and fault diagnosis, on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a reliable service. Hosting providers may also process data under their own terms.
This edition does not currently load Google Analytics, advertising pixels, newsletter tracking or lead-sale forms. Searches and comparison selections are reflected in the page URL; do not enter sensitive personal information. The cost calculator runs in your browser and does not submit its inputs to us.
Browser storage and your controls
Accessibility preferences are stored under sc-uk-accessibility. A shortlist is saved only when you press “Save shortlist”, under sc-uk-shortlist. These settings support the functions you request; they are not advertising identifiers. They remain in that browser until replaced or cleared.
Private preview and publisher sign-in may use hosting-platform authentication cookies. These are separate from optional site analytics. If optional measurement is introduced, this notice and the site's controls will be updated before it is enabled.
When you contact us
If you email a correction, accessibility request or privacy complaint, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and maintain accurate content, relying on our legitimate interests; applicable legal duties may also require us to handle a rights request or complaint.
Send only the information needed to explain the issue. Do not send customer lists, passwords, financial account details or confidential production data. We do not submit your enquiry to suppliers unless you ask us to or another lawful reason requires it.
Publisher accounts and records
The restricted publisher workspace receives a site-scoped sign-in identifier from the hosting platform. Authorised edits and revision history are stored in the site's database to secure and maintain the catalogue. Public visitors do not need an account to use the comparison tools once the site is public.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Information needed to deliver these purposes may be handled by our hosting, security and email providers, by authorised staff, and by authorities when legally required. Our operator is in Israel, so enquiries may be accessed there; provider infrastructure may involve other countries. Applicable transfer requirements must be addressed with the relevant provider arrangement, including adequacy arrangements or appropriate safeguards where required. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your request.
Browser preferences remain until you clear them. Correspondence and publisher records are kept only for the handling, accuracy, security and legal purposes described above, with duration depending on the issue and applicable obligations. Technical log retention is controlled by the hosting service. You can ask us for the applicable retention information or request deletion of information we control.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law provides rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use this site to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.
Send a request or complaint to support@clicxy.com. Include enough detail to locate the issue; we may need proportionate identity information before disclosing personal data. Privacy complaints should be acknowledged within 30 days and answered without undue delay.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. You do not have to contact us before exercising that right.
