What to include

1. The product and category, and the page or feature check concerned.
2. The exact behaviour you believe is incorrect or missing.
3. The plan, add-on, region and any limits that apply.
4. A public documentation link, dated supplier confirmation or a demonstration that does not expose personal or confidential data.
5. Your relationship to the supplier, if relevant.

We review the specific evidence and update affected checks where justified. A submission does not automatically change a score or guarantee a particular ranking.

This opens your email application. We receive nothing until you send the message.

For suppliers

Public documentation is helpful, but a feature is not automatically absent because documentation is private. Explain the workflow and its access conditions. We can record supplier-confirmed evidence while distinguishing it from a public source or independent test.
